As a Trading Card Store Retail Associate, you will support customers with purchases, trade-ins, and consignments while helping maintain an engaging and knowledgeable store environment. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist with card sales, product evaluations, inventory, and day-to-day retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
- Process card purchases, trade-ins, and consignments.
- Support trading card sales and help customers select products.
- Maintain current product knowledge to answer customer questions.
- Manage inventory, including receiving, organizing, and tracking card products.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Appraise trading cards and support fair evaluations.
