We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead complex commercial, mission-critical, and data center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong financial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to successfully manage large-scale electrical construction projects while driving safety, quality, and profitability.

What You'll Do

• Lead the execution of commercial and mission-critical electrical construction projects ranging from tenant improvements to hyperscale data centers.
• Manage the full project lifecycle including budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and project closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while proactively identifying and mitigating risks that could impact milestones.
• Drive project financial performance, including cost control, change management, cash flow forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate with field leadership, superintendents, and foremen to ensure productivity, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.
• Review and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and executive leadership.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, startup, and turnover activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Foster strong relationships with customers while identifying opportunities for repeat business and future growth.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Experience with commercial, mission-critical, industrial, or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems including power distribution, switchgear, generators, UPS systems, grounding, and low-voltage infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Experience with project management software and construction management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, change management, procurement, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
