Real Estate Associate (Junior) - Denver

Direct Counsel represents an Am Law 100 firm seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Denver office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1–3 years of commercial real estate experience to work on sophisticated transactions within a nationally recognized real estate practice.

• 1–3 years of experience
• Hybrid | Denver, CO
• Commercial real estate transactions, including:
  • Acquisitions & dispositions
  • Real estate finance
  • Leasing
  • Joint ventures
  • Development
• Real estate investment fund experience is a plus, but not required
• Significant responsibility and opportunity for client exposure
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Colorado Bar admission required

$205,000–$220,000 annually, depending on experience and other factors.
