Restaurant Shift Lead

We are seeking a motivated and organized Restaurant Shift Lead to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service

- Supervise and support team members, including training, coaching, and motivating staff to meet service standards

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Monitor and manage restaurant cleanliness, organization, and presentation

- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment

- Collaborate with management to implement policies and procedures

- Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management or supervisory roles

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a plus

We are looking for someone that can cover shifts at locations in Caldwell and Meridian. We are open Monday-Saturday, 11am-9pm. Closed on Sundays. Primary shifts would be closing shifts.
