We're hiring CNC Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for candidates with machine operating, CNC, machining, production, or manufacturing experience who enjoy working with equipment, measurements, and quality-focused processes.

• Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
• Load, unload, and package finished materials and products
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation
• Inspect parts using measuring tools and perform quality checks
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation
• Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues as needed
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and keep equipment clean
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support production goals while maintaining quality standards

• 1+ year of machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• CNC machine operation
• Machining, fabrication, or manufacturing environments
• Lathe or mill operation
• Blueprint reading
• Calipers, micrometers, or other measuring tools
• Production and quality inspection processes

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
