WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Line Cook, you’ll help create a great experience for every guest by:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to recipe and quality standards
- Working grill, fry, saut, expo, or other kitchen stations
- Keeping your station clean, stocked, organized, and ready for the rush
- Following proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Communicating with teammates to keep orders accurate and moving quickly
- Helping with prep, stocking, cleaning, and closing responsibilities
- Working together with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Bringing a positive attitude and sense of urgency to every shift
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
