Maintenance Supervisor

Ready to lead the team, not just be on it? Arcan Capital is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to take charge of maintenance operations at one of our multifamily communities and build a team that takes pride in its work.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll run the service request system (with a goal of closing requests within 24 hours), manage make-readies and preventive maintenance, and still get your hands dirty on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more. You'll also recruit, train, and mentor your techs, manage vendors, and keep the property safe, compliant, and on budget.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of property maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certification
• Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• Supervisory experience and a knack for coaching others (preferred)
• Comfort with maintenance management software, plus your own hand tools, a smartphone, and reliable transportation
• Flexibility for on-call rotations, weekends, and holidays
