INTERIM PHARMACY MANAGER/DIRECTOR
We’re seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager/Director for a 3+ month hospital assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong hospital pharmacy management experience and be willing to step in and staff when needed.
Requirements:
Active Massachusetts Pharmacist License
Hospital pharmacy management experience required
Must be willing to staff as needed
Strong leadership and pharmacy operations experience
Responsibilities:
Oversee inpatient pharmacy operations
Perform Pharmacy Manager/Director duties
Lead and support pharmacy staff
Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and procedures
Staff pharmacist shifts as needed
Support the pharmacy team and daily operations
Schedule:
3+ month interim assignment
Staffing schedule as needed
