Project Manager - Signage

Arrow Sign Company is looking for a skilled Project Manager with preferably a background in Signs or Construction management. The Project Manager is responsible for monitoring signage jobs from the pre-sales stage through the signed installation completion.

Duties:

• Work with Sales Executives on projects to expedite project bids;
• Review contracts for job requirements, help define the Scope of Work and ensure paperwork is completed;
• Develop an internal team and direct their work;
• Get client to commit to a base a schedule and drive both the client and the internal team to meet time table;
• Assess risks and mitigate them;
• Create 4-week look ahead Schedules detailing critical constraints;
• Conduct site surveys per Arrow’s procedures;
• Coordinate with various departments including: art, contract control, estimating, permits, legal and production;
• Ensure latest art drawings are per customer’s specifications; all necessary paperwork is completed, authorized by the customer and submitted to Contract Control ;
• Monitor job through the fabrication and installation processes and address customer changes as needed;
• Ensure contract requirements for safety and scheduling are met;
• Close projects for costing using Arrow’s processes and procedures;
• Perform other duties as assigned.
