What You’ll Do:
- Travel as needed to regional to retail customer locations
- Helpdesk support phone support
- Perform hardware and software repairs on retail point-of-sale (POS) equipment
- Troubleshoot PC hardware, servers, networking issues, POS hardware
- Represent our company with professionalism and a customer-first attitude
What We’re Looking For:
- General knowledge of PC hardware, servers, and networking
- Self starter that can logically troubleshoot hardware with attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn industry specific hardware and software support
- Ability to work independently and follow direction when needed
- Guide individuals through issues with a calm and supportive presence
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
