You’ll be guiding clients through premium scenting solutions and closing luxury-level deals that reflect the sophistication of theAroma360brand.

What You’ll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads, introducing clients to our premium scenting solutions and fragrance collections.
• Build genuine connections with customers while confidently closing 36-month product and service agreements.
• Manage your pipeline efficiently through Salesforce CRM, staying organized and on top of every follow-up.
• Deliver engaging sales conversations that bring the Hotel Collection experience to life.
• Exceed performance goals through persistence, product knowledge, and great communication.

What We’re Looking For

• Motivated professionals with the drive to succeed in a Base + Commissions telesales environment.
• 3–5 years of proven success in inside sales, telemarketing, or call center roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
• A passion for luxury products and an appreciation for how scent can elevate everyday spaces.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary:$55,000 +Uncapped Commission(OTE: $90,000–$120,000+)
