This is a contract position running from September 2026, through early January 2027.Position Details: Location: Addison, IL
Pay Rate: $25/hr.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
What We’re Looking For: College graduate (HR or Communications) looking to gain more experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Communication is required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and via email.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A positive, team-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities: Sourcing applicants by posting jobs on social media and approaching passive candidates.
Screening candidates through resume reviews and phone interviews.
Scheduling/coordinating candidate interviews.
Generating offer letters.
Extending job offers.
Maintaining documentation on the employment decision.
Assist with onboarding as needed.
Providing an overall positive candidate experience.
