Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager oversees accounting operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance for an assigned business unit while partnering with leadership and the Finance Director on financial strategy and business decisions. This role manages expenditures, supports budgeting and reporting, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads accounting staff through coaching, development, and performance management. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting and financial management skills, sound judgment, organization, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong expertise in month-end close procedures and general ledger accounting.

• Proven experience preparing journal entries and completing detailed account reconciliations.

• Familiarity with financial statement preparation and audit support activities.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and reporting accuracy.

• Ability to analyze issues, identify discrepancies, and implement effective solutions.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
