Work Model:
What You Will Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing professional and timely support regarding products, orders, shipments, billing, and account-related questions
- Process customer quotes, orders, returns, and account requests accurately within ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms while maintaining data integrity
- Coordinate order status updates, shipment tracking, production schedules, and delivery communications to keep customers informed throughout the order lifecycle
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns, shipping exceptions, and service issues in a timely and customer-focused manner
- Support customer documentation requests, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), Safety Data Sheets (SDSs), and other required records
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Shipping, Accounting, and other internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently
- Maintain detailed customer records, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience andexperience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or business-to-business (B2B) environments preferred
- Experience using ERP and CRM systems preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to work independently orcollaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, a high attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy
