NOW HIRING: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

1st Shift: 3:00 AM to 1:30 PM
2nd Shift: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor who knows how to lead people, manage production goals, and keep a fast paced operation running safely and efficiently.
This position will supervise multiple production departments and a diverse team of employees in a commercial laundry and linen production environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Lead, motivate, coach, and train production employees
• Supervise multiple departments and production teams
• Ensure employees are properly assigned and production areas are adequately staffed
• Maintain a consistent and efficient workflow throughout production and soil sort operations
• Monitor daily safety, quality, productivity, and labor performance
• Use production metrics and performance goals to improve results
• Conduct daily and weekly coaching with employees
• Train new employees on company procedures, safety standards, and job responsibilities
• Work closely with HR regarding hiring, training, attendance, and employee performance
• Approve PTO and employee leave schedules
• Monitor production performance and report results to management
• Coordinate equipment repair needs with the Maintenance Manager
• Maintain plant cleanliness and organization through proper 5S practices
• Monitor the production floor throughout the shift to minimize downtime and lost productivity
• Set performance goals and hold employees accountable for achieving them
• Prepare performance reports and make recommendations regarding employee advancement
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of related production experience
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities
• Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining a productive work environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is an active production floor leadership position.
Candidates must be able to:
• Stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
• Frequently bend, twist, push, and pull
• Work throughout a fast paced production environment
• Push or pull wheeled linen carts weighing up to 800 pounds
