Our customer in McHenry, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Office Clerks to workpart-time on 1stshift. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties to support daily operations.
Responsibilities of the Office Clerk:
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties such as answering the telephone, typing documents, filing, and liaising with clients.
- Performs clerical duties including photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, handling phone calls, and distributing mail.
- Applies knowledge of department policies and procedures and utilizes knowledge of the organization and various functions to respond to inquiries or direct work. Maintain records, prepare forms andreports,verify information, and resolve routine problems.
- Provides customer service support.
Office Clerk Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of experience, preferably in communication, customer service, and office environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Pay for Office Clerk:$15-$18/hour.
