E-tail Merchandiser

What you will DO:

• Assigned product categories, including assortment and overall sales performance
• Manage online product (SKU) listings and keep pricing accurate and up to date
• Create and optimize product content to improve search visibility and conversion
• Plan and run online sales, advertising, and promotional campaigns
• Track sales, traffic, and conversion data, and use the results to grow category sales
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends
• Forecast demand and manage inventory to avoid stockouts and overstock
• Prepare weekly sales, inventory, and sell-through reports
• Support site promotions, events, and data management projects
• Respond to internal requests promptly and professionally
• Take on other duties as assigned

What you will NEED:

• 2+ years of e-commerce experience, including managing product categories on major online marketplaces or retail websites (required)
• Proven experience running online sales, marketing, and promotions independently
• Experience in the computer or consumer electronics industry is a plus
• Familiarity with marketplace seller/vendor portals and online advertising tools
• Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics such as conversion rate, ROAS, and sell-through
• Proficient in a wide range of business software and digital tools
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Clear communicator who works well across departments
• Organized, able to prioritize, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Self-motivated and proactive in spotting and solving issues
• Reliable and punctual
