Licensed Life Insurance Agent (Commission Only, In-Office)

Overview The Disruption Group is hiring licensed life insurance agents for our Lehi, UT office. This is a 100% commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position. There is no base salary or hourly pay. Agents sell individual life insurance final expense, term life, mortgage protection, and indexed universal life (IUL) to consumers who have requested a quote. Agents work from our office Monday through Friday and write business with a broad selection of A-rated carriers. Duties Call and meet with consumers who requested a life insurance quote Review each client's coverage needs, budget, health, and beneficiaries Compare options across multiple A-rated carriers and recommend suitable coverage Complete applications and guide clients through underwriting Keep accurate notes and follow-ups in the company CRM Follow company compliance standards and call procedures Requirements Active Utah life insurance license (or able to add Utah within 14 days if licensed in another state) At least 12 months of life insurance sales experience Able to work in-office in Lehi, Monday through Friday Comfortable with a commission-only contractor role Errors and omissions (E&O) coverage, or willingness to obtain it Compensation 100% commission, paid per issued and paid policy under your carrier contracts. No base salary. Earnings depend entirely on personal production and are not guaranteed. Advance and as-earned commission options are available. Standard carrier chargebacks apply to policies that lapse. All leads are provided by the company. Agents are not required to purchase leads.
