The Process Engineer will be responsible for monitoring the operations of process systemsl.
Will optimize emission compliance, system efficiency, and structural reliability. The Process Engineer will be responsible for calculating performance baselines, minimizing pressure drops, and troubleshooting issues like high dust resistance, sparking rates, and hopper pluggage.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support as necessary
- Establish process metrics and goals
- Develop and issue process designs
- The Process Engineer should also be able to recommend improvements to the process through the tracking of metrics and reporting of data.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical / Ceramic / Chemical Engineering
- Will consider experienced candidates with 0-7+ years process experience.
- Familiarity with process control
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
