What You'll Be Doing

As an Assistant Production Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our bakery operates efficiently and meets production goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily production processes to maintain quality and consistency.
• Managing opening or closing duties to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
• Tracking and managing inventory to ensure ingredients and supplies are always on hand.
• Assisting with the coordination of production schedules to meet order deadlines.
• Supporting the team with hands-on tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs when needed.
• Collaborating with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any operational challenges.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or production environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• The ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as part of daily operations.
• A reliable and responsible attitude, especially when it comes to opening or closing duties.
