Automotive Parts Counterperson / Driver

Our Champaign team is looking for a dependable and motivated Automotive Parts Counterperson / Driver to join our Parts Department.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with customers and coworkers, and being part of a fast-paced automotive environment. Automotive parts experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Assist customers and dealership employees with parts requests

• Look up, locate, and provide the correct automotive parts

• Receive, organize, and stock incoming parts

• Maintain accurate parts inventory and records

• Prepare parts for pickup and delivery

• Deliver and pick up automotive parts from customers, vendors, and other dealership locations

• Load and unload parts as needed

• Provide professional and friendly customer service

• Keep the parts department and delivery areas clean and organized

• Assist the Parts Department with additional duties as needed

• Dependable and punctual

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Organized with good attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record

• Ability to safely lift and move automotive parts

• Previous automotive or parts experience is preferred, but not required
