Our client is a well-established organization looking to identify an experiencedPayroll Specialist. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple payroll schedules with accuracy and compliance.

Position Overview

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for theend-to-end payroll processingof approximately100 employees, includingweekly, bi-monthly, and commission-based payrolls. Whilecar dealership experience is preferred, it isnot requiredfor success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Process weekly, bi-monthly, and commission payrolls for a workforce of approximately 100 employees
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, commissions, deductions, and adjustments
• Manage payroll onboarding, including new hire setup, documentation, and system entry
• Handlequarterly payroll filingsand ensure compliance withstate tax requirements
• Maintain accurate payroll records and respond to employee payroll inquiries
• Ensure payroll processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations
• Partner with HR and leadership to support payroll audits and reporting needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll processing for multi-pay schedules
• Working knowledge ofstate payroll taxes, quarterly filings, and compliance requirements
• Experience with onboarding employees into payroll systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
• Ability to meet strict deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Car dealership payroll experience is a plus, but not required
