What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients
- Deliver general and restorative dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, and bridges
- Collaborate with the dental laboratory team to ensure restorations meet clinical and aesthetic requirements
- Review case details, digital scans, and impressions to communicate clear specifications to laboratory technicians
- Educate patients on treatment options, oral health, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Coordinate with front office and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling
- Stay current on dental techniques, materials, and best practices
What We're Looking For:
- DDS or DMD degree
- Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of New Jersey
- Experience providing general and restorative dental care; new graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply
- Solid understanding of dental anatomy, restorative principles, and treatment planning
- Comfort working with digital dental workflows and coordinating with laboratory teams
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality patient outcomes
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
