Sal and Phil's Seafood Restaurant and Lounge, located in Ridgeland, MS, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team. If you have a knack for hospitality and at least one year of experience in the industry, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Server at Sal and Phil's, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring our guests enjoy every moment of their visit. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and making them feel welcome.
• Taking accurate food and drink orders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Providing menu recommendations and answering questions about our seafood offerings.
• Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for the next guests.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff and other team members for smooth service.
• Handling customer concerns or special requests with professionalism and care.

We’re seeking someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
• The ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts.
• A passion for providing excellent customer service.
