Pay Rate: $2,150 - $2,267/Week
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide outpatient evaluation and treatment, develop individualized plans of care, and support orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience.
BLS certification.
Indiana State License; pending license accepted.
First-time travelers accepted.
Experience with orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.
Experience with gait and balance, pain management, workers’ compensation, and pre-/post-operative patients.
Experience with soft tissue mobilization, therapeutic exercise, therapeutic activities, gait training, neurological re-education, and manual therapy techniques.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat outpatient patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises, activities, gait training, and manual therapy.
Provide orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation as appropriate.
Assist patients with post-operative recovery, pain management, gait, and balance.
Perform soft tissue and instrument-guided soft tissue mobilization as appropriate.
Document patient care and progress accurately in the EMR.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members.
Maintain patient safety and follow facility policies and clinical standards.
