Description:
The Restaurant Support position helps provide efficient, friendly service by working as a Food Runner, Busser, and Host based on restaurant needs.
Responsibilities:
- Food Runner: Deliver food accurately and promptly, assist with guest requests, and communicate with the kitchen and service team.
- Busser: Clear, clean, and reset tables; maintain dining areas; and support servers throughout service.
- Host: Welcome and seat guests, manage reservations and waitlists, communicate wait times, and help maintain an efficient seating flow.
- Provide friendly, professional guest service.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties.
- Work collaboratively and assist in other areas as needed.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Restaurant experience preferred but not required.
