Fully air-conditioned CNC machine shop.
We are seeking an experienced CNC mill machinist who can independently program, set up, and operate milling machines to produce precision parts from blueprint to finished product.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines.
• Create and modify toolpaths using Mastercam.
• Set tooling, fixtures, work offsets, speeds, and feeds.
• Read blueprints, tolerances, and GD requirements.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and indicators.
• Troubleshoot programs, tooling, and machining issues.
• Maintain quality, productivity, safety, and a clean work area.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 5 years of CNC milling setup and programming experience.
• Strong Mastercam/CAM programming skills.
• Experience with Fanuc or similar CNC controls.
• Ability to take a part independently from blueprint to finished product.
• Strong knowledge of tooling, machining methods, speeds, and feeds.
• Excellent blueprint reading and precision measuring skills.
• Machine shop or manufacturing experience required.
JOB TYPE Full-time / Part-time
PAY $35.00-$40.00 per hour - based on experience
HOURS 20-50 per week
