Automation Personnel Services is looking for aManufacturingLaborer Associatefor a company based inManassas, VA.In this role, you will have the opportunity to support a growing operation known for hands-on training, steady work hours, and long-term career development in the industrial and construction-support field.
Pay Rate
$16.50per hour
Schedule and Hours
Mon – Fri 6am-4:30pm
Some Saturdays 6am-2:30pm
General Labor Associate’sDuties and Responsibilities
- Manufacturing components for buildingsand bridge structures
- Support the preparation, assembly, or packing of construction-related products
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
- Follow all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and company procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
General Labor Associate’sQualificationsandRequirements
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from the Manassas facility
- Strong attendance and punctuality to support daily production needs
- Commitment to safety and willingness to follow all safety protocols
- Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must be able tolift 50lbs
