Customer Service Representative

Looking for a role where your work truly makes an impact? Ardent Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our fast-paced transportation operations. In this role, you’ll be at the center of daily freight movementsolving problems, communicating across teams, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and carrier partners.

• Competitive salary: $40,000 - 45,000 per year

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
  
• Track and trace daily shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  
• Accurately document shipment updates, exceptions, and issues
  
• Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, and internal teams
  
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to maintain smooth operations
  
• Deliver excellent customer service and timely problem resolution
  

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
