Your Core Impact
- Set up, operate, monitor, and continuously improve CNC machining processes for tight-tolerance parts.
- Own setups on conventional and CNC equipment using drawings, samples, blueprints, manuals, and computerized instructions.
- Perform in-process and final inspections; complete operational checks and quality tests.
- Document thoroughly: sign-offs, forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Support cross-department workflow, production scheduling, and material/inventory coordination.
- Train operators and contribute to team leadership as experience grows.
- Assist with additional tasks to maintain schedule and quality.
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read and use calipers, micrometers, indicators, edge finders, and blueprints.
- Practical experience with CNC controls and cutting tools.
- Proficiency in deburring and part handling to customer specifications.
- Independent, safety- and quality-minded work habits.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and communicative across departments and management.
- Accountable decision-making and ownership of results.
