Could this be you?
- You set up and operate milling centers and, when needed, turning centers with close tolerances.
- You translate blueprints, samples, and manuals into efficient tool setups and clear, reliable machine instructions.
- You verify first-piece and in-process quality using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and edge finders.
- You document sign-offs, logs, and production reports without fail.
- You troubleshoot problems, adjust programs, and optimize tooling and cutting parameters.
- You pitch in wherever needed and help keep production on schedule.
Must-haves
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Comfort reading complex blueprints and applying GD&T.
- Experience with CNC controls, G-code, M-code, and changeovers for production runs.
- Proficiency with precision hand metrology and deburring to customer requirements.
- Independent, safety-first mindset; strong organization and attention to detail.
- Strong communicator who owns decisions and their impact across teams.

- GD&T, CNC tooling, troubleshooting, and programming fundamentals
- Machine geometry and alignment, CNC machine installation
- Precision measurement, setup, and changeover practices
