Position: Manufacturing Operator

Location: Westford, MA

Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday – Thursday / 4x10s schedule)

Pay Rate: $23.00 / hour

Position Overview

We are seeking anOperator I to support the manufacturing of life-saving medical devices (including pacemakers, ICDs, and leads) within a controlled cleanroom environment. In this role, you will perform precision assembly, testing, and packaging operations according to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of miniature medical device components within a manufacturing cell.
• Follow detailed written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assembly drawings.
• Maintain complete and accurate lot tracing, traveler documentation, and quality records.
• Operate electronic data collection systems and basic computer software.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.

Essential Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English fluently.
• Demonstrated ability to strictly follow written SOPs and verbal instructions.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to handle and assemble very small, delicate components under magnification/microscopes.
• Basic computer literacy to navigate electronic data systems and log production data.
