A day in this role
From first pick to final handoff, you’ll keep the operation running smoothly:
- Confirm each order is correct before it’s staged or picked up.
- Welcome customers on arrival and assist with order pickup.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with care and speed.
- Receive and sort inbound merchandise, organizing inventory as it arrives.
- Move, arrange, and replenish stock to the right locations.
- Keep aisles, work areas, and equipment clean and orderly.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies every step of the way.
- Pitch in with general warehouse tasks as assignedteam effort is the norm here.
What you bring
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
- Clear, courteous communication and solid customer service skills.
- Reliable attendance and consistent punctuality.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but not required.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
