The Judge Rotenberg Educational Center (JRC) is seeking a Clinical Assistant to join our Clinical Team.

JRC is a highly structured residential and educational program serving children and adults with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, psychiatric diagnoses, and significant behavioral challenges.

About the Role

The Clinical Assistantis responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to JRC Clinicians and plays an important role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of Clinical Services.

This position is a great opportunity for an assistant who has demonstrated strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, effective communication, professionalism, reliability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, takes initiative, works well collaboratively, maintains confidentiality and is comfortable providing administrative support in a clinical environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide administrative support to clinical staff
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Maintain records and documentation
• Assist with reports, correspondence, and data entry
• Support daily operations within the Clinical Services Department

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2 years prior administrative experience
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and professionalism
• Prior healthcare experience preferred

Compensation

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $23.00-$26.00/hr. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and internal equity.
