Construction Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, including loading and unloading materials.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with their tasks.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines on the job site.
• Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with others.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Knowledge of basic construction techniques and tools is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong commitment to safety practices on the job site.
