Test Technician – Electrical Manufacturing
Pay: $22.00–$32.00/hour

We are hiring experienced Test Techniciansfor a growing electrical/electronic manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on electrical testing experience who is comfortable reading schematics, troubleshooting test failures, and working with electrical testing equipment.
Schedule:
- Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
- Late Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Perform electrical testing and inspection of manufactured products
- Inspect electrical wire routing, torque, and continuity
- Conduct Hi-Pot, current injection, functional, and ground testing
- Troubleshoot test failures and assist in identifying electrical issues
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
- Document inspection and testing results accurately
- Follow established test procedures and work instructions
- Support production and quality teams to ensure products meet specifications
- Identify quality concerns and communicate issues when products or processes do not meet requirements
- Work independently while meeting production schedules and quality goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of electrical/electronic manufacturing experience
- Previous experience as a Test Technician, Electrical Test Technician, Field Service Technician, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with electrical testing tools and equipment
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document test results
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a manufacturing environment
Highly Desired Experience:
- LV/MV switchgear or similar electrical equipment
- Hi-Pot testers
- Current injection systems
- Functional testing
- Ground testing
- ISO 9001:2015
- AQL acceptance sampling
- Technical or vocational training in electrical/electronic systems
