**Job Summary

**

The Assembler is responsible for assembling products according to work orders, product specifications, and quality standards in a manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to operate basic production equipment while maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

**

**Key Responsibilities

**

• Assemble products according to work orders, product specifications, and quality standards.

• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and operating procedures to ensure product quality and compliance.

• Read and interpret work orders, product specifications, and basic drawings.

• Use measurement tools and equipment such as rulers, gauges, and inspection charts.

• Set up and operate equipment including branding machines, spooling equipment, tube rinsing equipment, and post-cure ovens.

• Perform cleaning, packaging, and inspection of finished products.

• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

• Ensure work area remains clean, safe, and organized.

• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and use required PPE.

**Qualifications

**

• **1–3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred

• **High school diploma or GED preferred

  **.

• Basic math, measuring, and inspection skills.

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

• Experience working with work orders and product specifications.

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform repetitive hand movements.

• Comfortable working with cleaning agents such as Isopropyl Alcohol.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
