As a Senior Engineer, .NET), you will lead and deliver high-quality .NET-based solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable applications that drive business value. Your expertise in .NET development, leadership, and technical acumen will be key in ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Your Impact
Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of .NET developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
Drive the adoption of modern .NET frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance application quality.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in .NET development to drive continuous innovation.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in .NET development, with a strong understanding of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.
Proven experience in leading .NET-based projects, managing teams, and delivering high-quality solutions.
Strong knowledge of cloud-based .NET development, including Azure or AWS.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and modern web development frameworks.
Expertise in database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, or NoSQL databases.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Experience in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
