Flotilla Water is hiring outgoing Lead Generators / Appointment Setters to represent EcoWater Systems inside Costco locations.
Earn a guaranteed $20/hour base plus commissions and bonuses, with the opportunity to earn $30+/hour based on production.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Engage Costco shoppers and introduce our water-testing program
- Schedule qualified in-home water consultations
- Represent EcoWater Systems professionally
- Track appointments and results
Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Outgoing and confident personality
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable approaching and engaging shoppers
- Goal-oriented and motivated by commissions
- Sales or lead-generation experience is a plus, but not required
- Weekend availability is required
- Reliable transportation
