Manufacturing Process Engineer

Join a dynamic team as a Manufacturing Process Engineer, where your expertise will be pivotal in designing and developing new processes or enhancing existing ones. In this role, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and structured methodologies to drive process improvements and ensure operational excellence.

• Design and develop new processes or improve existing processes.
• Solve problems and improve processes using fundamental understanding and structured problem-solving methods such as KT, Designed Experimentation, or Six Sigma.
• Implement Process Control and Process Discipline systems into manufacturing operations.
• Analyze process data using statistical tools like pareto, regression, time charting, analysis of variance, and gauge R&R.
• Measure and communicate performance against established objectives.
• Review and interpret data to make recommendations on immediate actions, long-term corrective actions, and follow-up experiments.
• Document processes and train operators and peers on defined processes.

• Minimum of BS in mechanical engineering, chemical, materials, or ceramic.
• 4-7 years of work experience.
• Strong manufacturing process, manufacturing engineering, and process engineering skills.
• Problem-solving mentality with a focus on process improvement and continuous improvement.

• Experience with equipment installations or commissioning.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Capability to lead small process development or improvement projects.
• Innovation experience.
• Process excellence with a Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.

This is a Permanent position based out of Marion, IN.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
