We have a Rental Associate and Customer Representative position available! The available shift is Monday through Friday -7:00am-3:00pm
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist all incoming customers and vehicles in the Service Lane
- Schedule service appointments efficiently
- Help write repair orders, with a focus on New Car Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)
- Manage the loaner fleet –Make sure that loaners are clean, prepped, and generate loaner vehicle agreements for customers
- Handle after sale, due in deal items for customers
- Deliver outstanding customer service all day
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal communication skills – you must love talking to customers all day
- Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy service lane
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Previous dealership or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person!
