About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support sales, customer service, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations, coordinating shipments, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and provide customer quotations based on client requirements.
- Maintain customer product profiles and pricing records.
- Create and manage pricelists and discount agreements.
- Process customer orders and shipment documentation.
- Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy.
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and support requests.
- Support key accounts, international customers, and sister company accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer needs.
- Perform additional customer service, sales support, and logistics-related activities as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of Customer Service, Inside Sales Support, Order Management, or related experience.
- Experience handling customer inquiries, order processing, and quotations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Experience in manufacturing, laboratory, scientific, healthcare, or distribution environments.
- Knowledge of shipping, logistics, and customer account management.
