Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer intakes and gather pertinent information
  • Assist with troubleshooting questions and provide guidance
  • Schedule repair appointments, drop-offs, and pick-ups
  • Develop customer relationships through phone and in-person interactions
  • Create work orders in appropriate systems
  • Provide status updates to customers as requested
  • Document service activities accurately for historical tracking and payment
  • Escalate technical issues to higher expertise when necessary
  • Support warranty process by analyzing customer issues and filing claims

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience
  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education
