Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: Carlisle, PA
What You'll Be DoingAs a Returns Processor, you'll play a key role in handling returned electronic devices and ensuring they meet quality standards before being reintroduced into inventory.
Key ResponsibilitiesInspect and verify returned products against labels and documentation
Sort products based on matching and non-matching information
Use RF scanners to scan and track electronic devices
Verify serial numbers and product information with accuracy
Package electronics and accessories for shipment or storage
Apply new labels to completed products
Perform factory resets and basic device testing when required
Operate computers to print labels and process transactions
Lift, move, and stack boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
