Manufacturing Fabrication Program Lead

• Own multiple fabrication projects simultaneously with responsibility for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate tightly with engineering, design, and production to synchronize goals and milestones.
• Develop and maintain project baselines, detailed schedules, and clear status communications.
• Proactively identify risks; implement mitigation and escalation paths.
• Lead regular touchpoints and reviews to track progress and surface decisions.
• Drive best practices and continuous improvement to enhance throughput and quality.
• Maintain all project documentation; ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior PMs and team members to strengthen delivery discipline.

• Projects delivered on time and within budget.
• Cross-functional stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Issues resolved quickly, with minimal disruption to the floor.
• Noticeable gains in process efficiency and product quality over time.

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years in project management.
• Record of leading complex efforts from kickoff through close.
• Deep familiarity with fabrication processes and practices.
• Strong communicator and collaborator across varied teams.
• Fluency with project management software and toolsets.
• Analytical, methodical, and solution-oriented.
• PMP or similar credential is a plus.
