Production Associate (Weekend Night Shift)

Friday - Sunday | 4:30 PM - 4:30 AM

This is a great opportunity for candidates with production, assembly, machine operation, or mechanical experience who enjoy working with their hands and want to continue developing their technical skills.

What You'll Do

• Build and assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Inspect and repair products to ensure they meet company quality standards
• Operate, set up, and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment
• Run testing equipment and verify product performance
• Complete production records and documentation accurately
• Work with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to solve issues
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with training and supporting teammates when needed

What We're Looking For

Manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience

Comfortable using hand tools and mechanical equipment

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to follow work instructions and quality procedures

Dependable work history and strong attendance

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Mechanical assembly

• Cleanroom manufacturing experience

Work Environment

This position is located in a manufacturing environment that may include production floors, testing areas, and cleanroom settings. Employees work with hand tools, mechanical equipment, production machinery, and testing equipment while following established safety and quality procedures.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Columbia, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.73 - $21.23/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
