Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Weekend Shift – No Experience Needed!
Location: Hayden, Idaho
Compensation: $16.83/hr + 8 hours of OT every week

Renewed Horizons is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our unique Weekend Shift 48 hours from Saturday morning to Monday morning supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a comfortable, home-like residential setting. Night hours are restful, and staff can sleep while remaining on-site and available if needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Support daily routines – Assist with daily living skills (meals, hygiene, medications, routines)
Community involvement – Support social activities and community outings during the day
Complete light housekeeping tasks and maintain a positive environment
Teach skills - Foster independence and encourage skill-building
Remain on-site and available overnight (sleeping hours) in case of emergencies

What We’re Looking For:
No experience? No problem! – We provide paid training
Must be 18 years or older
Compassionate, dependable, and a good communicator
Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation
Able to pass a background check
Willing to stay on-site for the full 48-hour shift
