Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our growing e-commerce, retail, and distribution operations. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming customer orders across multiple platforms, including:
• • EDI processing
  • Customer portals
  • Manual order entry from emailed orders
• Generate shipping labels for small parcel and LTL shipments
• Answer incoming calls from customers and vendors, providing professional and knowledgeable assistance.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and product information.
• Maintain accurate order records and customer information.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative role required.
• Experience supporting e-commerce, retail, or distribution operations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Experience with EDI processing and customer portals is a plus.
