From the first batch to the last, you’ll be the heartbeat of the mixing floor. Your morning begins by reviewing recipes and scaling ingredients with accuracy. You’ll set up and operate industrial mixers, monitor dough behavior in real time, and fine-tune variables to keep every batch consistent. Quality checks on temperature, texture, and appearance guide your adjustments. Meticulous recordsbatch logs, lot tracking, and documentationensure full traceability. Between runs, you’ll keep your area spotless and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards. Throughout the shift, you’ll communicate with production teammates, flag any safety concerns immediately, and jump in to assist with related operational tasks as needed.

• Scale and prepare ingredients per recipe specifications
• Operate mixers and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Assess dough consistency and make on-the-fly adjustments
• Perform quality checks for temperature, texture, and appearance
• Complete batch records, logs, and lot tracking with accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized area aligned with GMP and food safety
• Report safety issues promptly and support production communication
• Collaborate with the team and assist with other operational duties

• Hands-on manufacturing or assembly experience; food production preferred
• Comfort operating manufacturing equipment safely
• Keen attention to detail for quality checks and documentation
• Clear, dependable communication with teammates
