We are looking for a dependable and hardworkingSandblasterto join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with abrasive blasting, surface preparation, and industrial equipment, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Operate sandblasting/abrasive blasting equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare metal and other surfaces for painting, coating, or finishing
- Remove rust, paint, scale, dirt, and other contaminants
- Inspect surfaces and ensure proper preparation standards are met
- Maintain blasting equipment and work areas
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Assist with general shop duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous sandblasting or industrial painting experience preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and a good work ethic
- Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
We are a powder coating and Cerakote company. From old rusty parts to new fabrications, we strip rust, paint, and scale, then blast everything clean to ensure proper preparation before coating.
